The Committee's Mission and Goals
The mission and goals of the BDC are to:
- Develop transition policies to ensure learning and records are transferred from one board to the next year's board in a smooth and comprehensive manner.
- Provide ideas on mission and vision formulation to ensure they remain true to SFBTA's values.
- Advise the board on how to ensure that SFBTA is not only "about" SFBT but "run" in a manner that reflects SFBT values.
- Deliberate on bylaw amendments brought forward by members to be considered for proposal at the Annual Members' Meeting.
